  • everyone must wear protective eye wear

  • you may not lay no more than 20 minutes per day

  • should not lay while on certain kinds of medication. If on medication ask front desk personal to see if yours is on the list.

Package information and guidelines

  • Monthly packages can not be shared with anyone

  • Visit packages expire 6 months from date of purchase

  • Monthly packages expire 1 month from date of purchase.Example: 8-1-2020 to 9-1-2020 *we do not add days for being closed on Saturday and Sunday.

  •  No extension on packages if you go out of town. If doctor advises you not to tan due to medication or illness with a doctors note we will consider an extension at that time.

  • If government was to shut us down like with covid-19 we will prorate packages for time of shut down.

  • Gift certificates sells. Person receiving gift certificates time will start from the time the client brings gift certificate in. It must be remanded within 6 months from purchase date.

Salon Rules and Guidelines

  • Stylists have the ability to refuse services at their will

  • Stylists ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment. 

  • Arriving 15 minutes or more late the stylists has the ability to reschedule your appointment.

  • On first late show or no show you will receive a warning. On the second you will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment and will be advised to reschedule. On Third you will be required to pay 100% of missed appointment stylist then has the ability to no longer reschedule your appointments.

  • Due to Covid-19 there are changes in our salon environment to keep you and others safe. We ask that you come along to your appointment not unless you spoke prior to appointment to your stylists.

  • At this time our stylists may ask that you book a planned appointment, instead of walking in.

  • Stylists now will clean in between each guests. This does require extra time so be patience with your stylists as they are still learning as we all.

  • At this time you are required to wear a mask while in our establishment.

  • Our stylists are independent business owners, as well as artists. With hair being their canvas we do not allow refunds.
